    The various April patches are only out for unlocked CDMA, Sprint CDMA, China, India, and Indonesia devices. Everyone else is on March at the latest.

    We're actually quite spoiled on these devices. I also have a SM-G390W, aka Samsung Galaxy Xcover 4, released in May 2017, that is stuck on Oct 2017 security update. And this isn't even a carrier issue, this is Samsung being lazy. And my annoyance isn't just that it's behind on monthly patches, the damned thing has bugs that need fixing. At least BBMobile has released the april patch and generally up to date on monthly updates, if a little delayed at times.
    Oh memories of the days when the PRIV would sporadically receive the monthly update before Google even announced it.

    On a moto Z play droid with April security patch, just got on Verizon. No Oreo yet but think it's been out to unlocked, not Verizon phones.
