    I cannot set up my voice mail. The only option is to change the phone number. I've tried the default AT&T number and also my own number and get a busy signal. Is this a transfer problem from my Android J3, an AT&T problem or a factory reset?

    Prolly need to call ATT and get them to reset your VM. It got corrupted somewhere in transit to the new phone.
