    I'd like to stream sports events to my BB DTEK50 to my Samsung TV. I was about to buy a Micro USB to HDMI adapter on Amazon but I wanted to get some advice first.

    Does anyone have any experience with video out for the DTEK50? What cable can I use to interface with my TV? I read that my BB needs to have MHL.

    Any advice would be appreciated. BTW - I do not want to use Chromecast and other WiFi based solutions.

    Why not just cast? Why the reluctance?

    Oh, and the DTEK50 does not support HDMI-out.

    Dtek50/60 doesn't work with HDMI or Slimport. What I use on My Evolve is a USB OTG ,
