    I just got this message out of the blue yesterday morning. I did a factory reset a few weeks ago and haven't touch the APN settings since then. I noticed a few people got this error message last year, but I didn't see any resolutions. Has this problem been fixed yet? It is a real error for me. When I turn off WiFi, I lose the ability to do anything but phone calls and text messages.

    Did you do any update? I found that the last update set my "Wireless Data" to off. I toggled it on and things were back to normal.
