    Hello CB Forums!

    Just inboxes my blackberry ketone black edition. Wow, what a beautiful phone.

    My only issue is when I try to make a call, I click on the phone icon and the phone feature doesn't open.

    Anyone know how to troubleshoot?

    Try a simple reboot, if that doesn't work you might have to do a factory reset.. not a great start but could be worse.

    Well after 24 hours it happened again. Anyone else have this issue?

    I downloaded a third party app and it worked. Just can't figure out why the stock app wouldn't work.

    ***Update: downloaded nova launcher and the stock app work. Reverted back to bb launcher and it's working flawlessly.

    Not sure on why that fixed it, but it did!
