    Just can't figure out how to transfer from my PP to new K1. Does the sim card have to be in the new device?

    I've downloaded the transfer app on my old device but it stops.

    You don't need to have the SIM card installed. Have you installed the Content Transfer app on both Devices?

    The best way to copy SD card files is to use USB to copy from your old device to a computer and then to the new SD card on your new device.
