Like LINK no, as Android is designed to work without a PC and more with the Cloud.
There are tools that provide similar individual features.... what are you looking for specifically?
Basically: syncronise pictures / files / music with my pc. Being able also to easily transfer files from my computer to the device.
File manager from Asus ZenUI. You can synchronise all files with your PC via WiFi connection.
No, and that means you can't do a backup like you could with BlackBerry desktop , and BlackBerry link.
There's a half baked google backup that only backs up a small number of apps, doesn't back up your settings, works only via wifi, and does not have a scheduler. Instead, google tells you that you should just leave your WiFi on and when it suits them they'll upload the files.
Freakin' ridiculous!
What about a dropbox account that's linked to both your phone and computer?
