don't be nasty. blackberry forced my hand by not releasing better devices. I am one of the last dying breed and have even resorted to importing those phones not supplied locally. it was with a heavy heart that I finally moved, will be back in a second if blackberry could provide top end device...

Only if you already have Google speech to text and Google Text-to-Speech engines already installed on your phone under an existing Google licence

If you have subscription G suite already up and running on your phone then you should still be able to get all of the Google apps and the play store but check with the G suite community
