Has anyone been able to determine why the July update has not been released to all BlackBerry android phones?

Priv, DTEK50, and some KEYᵒⁿᵉ devices have received July.

Still waiting for DTEK60 and the balance of the KEYᵒⁿᵉs.

I imagine BlackBerry is just swamped at the moment.

The July update had a ton of bugs on the KEYone. A lot of KEYone owners have posted about this in the KEYone support forum. This could be the reason the for delay. I'm assuming it's taking longer than usual to sort out so i guess they're just skipping july.

Yep, mine just got the august update I believe, AAN355?

Edit: Oh, nevermind, that is July, "M" went out to Canada... Thought the skipped letter meant it was the next one.

So, I shouldn't install this one?

I just installed it to see if some of the things I've brought up in the forums have been fixed, but of course they haven't and instead a problem that was fixed before got unfixed... smfh...

Build numbers have nothing to do with month. It's just a simple linear numbering system.

No, purchased it from Amazon. But after checking last night, I finally received the update. So weird to get a July patch in August.

Thanks. Was your phone ever tied to a carrier? The reason I ask, is I have an unlocked Priv direct from Blackberry and I just switched to T-Mobile. I did see though that someone else on T-Mobile got the upgrade about the same time I did, I was still on AT&T at the time the upgrade came out. Her phone also was unlocked from Blackberry I believe.

I installed it out of curiosity and nothing got "messed up" but there is a feature change that bugs the heck out of me and I wish they change it back or give the option... :-(

Sorry for the late reply, but bot that I know of. It was new, factory unlocked, purchased through Amazon and T-Mobile is the only carrier I've used it with. Now awaiting August patch, hopefully it doesn't show up in September.
