    Hi community!

    I have got my Blackberry Keyone for a week now and I have started to notice that while I am listening to music through headphones, there is a static noise in the background. I have tested different headphones and different phones, but this problem only occurs on the BB K1. I have also noticed that the noise stays on the same volume level, even if I increase the volume, so on the lowest volume it is louder than the music, but this changes if I turn the volume up. Do you also experience this problem? Is there a way to fix it?
