Hi support, is the splat counter notification on the lock screen missing?

It's on the Priv (the Priv runs Android too) but i don't see it on the Keyone. Am i missing something here? Or it's coming in the next update?

Yup. But I only notice it on my keyOne when I'm using the pocket case. I use the original BlackBerry case I used with my dtek60 BTW.

So only with the Blackberry Case (with magnet to activate i believe) then only the counter notification on the lock screen appears?

But sounds like a bug to me... the counter notification is supposed to be visible at all times on the lock screen just like on the Priv.

Let's see if the Dev fixes this.

Maybe it's an android 7.1 issue for now but hopefully something BlackBerry can get right with a software update.

That's a little strange though. What does a case have a to do with a software issue? Anyway, hope it gets fixed too.

I recently installed a magnetic car holder, which has you put a magnet on the back of your phone to work with the car holder. When I have it attached, that lock screen with the small icons appeared. Only time I have seen it.

Yes, that's the Window-Case screen. There are flip cases with a small window. A magnet in the case cover triggers that display for about 5 or so seconds and then it goes blank.
