I can install Skype on my BB KEYone but only with microsoft address.
I mean I cannot log in with my business email.
I use on my desktop and laptop..

Any idea how to install with normal email address please ?

Nothing... itt is saying cannot verify access.. They need skype for business..
I have skype from many years... On desktop/laptop is working well (no microsoft account and/or business account) ....

Sounds like you need to get a password reset. My skype login is my yahoo email address that i've had for 18years and I use it every time I log in to microsoft services/apps. It runs perfectly on my KEYone, my galaxy s8, etc.

thanks - no is working.. I just re-installed couple times.. Not sure what's happened. but now is working
