    I didn't notice it at first but now i see my screen is not positioned straight. Is this a warranty case?

    Its' not the best picture maybe but focus on the left top versus the right top of the screen... I will add a better picture shortly. It looks like the screen is tilted slightly to the left... (more room between screen and bezel there)

    the screen is one solid piece or hardware so it being tilted is an internal defect. go in for a warranty replacement.
