- Try getting on the latest Sugar, apparently they're deprecating older versions. The link in the first post points to 11.6.9 at this time, which should work in the absence of any server issues.09-13-18 06:55 AMLike 0

- Not officially, because TCL is great at this long-term support thing.
If one connects a DTEK50 to Sugar it would download and install ABB046, which is the final DTEK50 update as far as I can tell, so that would work. However, the OS available for a DTEK60 on Sugar is AAW609, which is older than the final DTEK60 update (ABB090) and would cause a brick.
If the phone ends up bricked or otherwise requiring a reload, one would have to contactclown collegeBlackBerry's support line and hope that your device ends up shipped in, fixed, and shipped back.09-16-18 07:02 AMLike 0 - Not officially, because TCL is great at this long-term support thing.

However, after some scouring of the series of tubes, here is another method: Sugar.
Sugar is an Alcatel OS flash tool, similar to the previous KEYone Mobile Upgrade tool, except it works with any TCL Android device. Privs have to use old-fashioned autoloaders.
First things first, install Sugar QCT (for Qualcomm devices, since TCL also ships Mediatek devices) to your Windows PC:
https://mega.nz/#!vYk3QSLA!Be9d7uTED...GBSPOLL_eZ0jDA
If you haven't already, install the BlackBerry USB drivers too:
https://mega.nz/#!rANz1Q7a!wifaN0jac...KM9ZLFDRt0_smo
Once it's installed, you'll need your phone plugged into your Windows PC in bootloader mode (press and hold Power + Volume Down while the device is off), Sugar opened, and these credentials:
Region: All
Username: SU_IN.Panasonic
Password: KoD8naL2
Dongle authorization: unchecked
Once in, with the phone recognized, set your Product Model in the dropdown on the left. The Product Model is the center section of your device PRD (i.e. PRD-productmodel-xxx). Here's which product models are which:
- 62980: DTEK50 STH100-1
- 62981: DTEK50 STH100-2
- 63036: DTEK60 BBA100-1
- 63040: DTEK60 BBA100-2
- 63116: KEYone BBB100-1
- 63117: KEYone BBB100-2
- 63118: KEYone BBB100-3
- 63734: KEYone BBB100-4
- 63736: KEYone BBB100-5
- 63763: KEYone BBB100-6
- 63764: KEYone BBB100-7
- 63737: Motion BBD100-1
- 63739: Motion BBD100-2
- 63742: Motion BBD100-3 (yes, the one that didn't come out)
- 63753: Motion BBD100-6
- 63824: KEY2 BBF100-1
- 63825: KEY2 BBF100-2
- 63827: KEY2 BBF100-4
- 63828: KEY2 BBF100-6
- 63830: KEY2 BBF100-8
- 63831: KEY2 BBF100-9
- 65001: KEY2LE BBE100-1
- 65002: KEY2LE BBE100-2
- 65003: KEY2LE BBE100-3
- 65004: KEY2LE BBE100-4
- 65005: KEY2LE BBE100-5
Then, with the right product model set, click Upgrade. It'll download, decrypt, and flash the latest OS for that given PRD. Like the Mobile Upgrade tool before it, your phone will be wiped, so back up important data beforehand if possible. Should you wish to save the downloaded files, they're somewhere in the Sugar install directory, either as variant-specific loose files for the DTEKs, or more generic autoloader zips for the rest.
I don't recommend changing any of the options in Sugar, and if you change something and your phone ends up bricking beyond Sugar's capability to revive it, then that is on you.
FOR DTEK50/DTEK60 OWNERS, if you want to run Sugar, make sure that the latest OS available for your device is newer or the same as what is already installed. If you end up flashing an older version then you have a very high chance of bricking your phone and requiring a phone call to TCL support. To check what's the latest OS for your PRD, either consult the unofficial web database, or with your phone recognized in Sugar, click "Get Version". If you need help determining if an OS is newer, remember that build numbers are purely sequential (so ABAxxx is newer than AAZxxx is newer than AAYxxx), or consult this list.johnmiers likes this.09-18-18 05:03 PMLike 1 - I bricked my Key2 because of forgeting screen lock - the only way to fix is installing Sugar. (no Autoloader for KEY2 BBF100-4) Everything is perfect from the moment where we enter user name and pass for Sugar. It is not working anymore. I'm extremely sad for this - any way to find new pass? Or any alternative to try? @thurask might probably find a work around.09-23-18 01:47 PMLike 0

As it stands, Sugar is dead, since the credentials appear to be revoked. For this to work again, new credentials would have to be found (unlikely), or TCL would have to get their software support act together to obviate the need for Sugar (even less likely).09-27-18 09:02 PMLike 0 - Hello everyone, i installed the latest version 11.6.9R and i can't seem to login with the given info. - installed an app from the store and it restarted. Now it is in Infinite bootloop, no way to enter recovery to factory reset, no way to reload the factory image. No tools for flashing nor the firmware. The only way to fix the device is to send it back to blackberry. What an enjoyable experience. Laughable at the kindest mentioning.10-15-18 07:56 AMLike 0
- My BBE100-4 (BBKey2 LE) is not booting up and is stuck in the repetitive sequence of triangles, squares and circles.
Tried to Reboot in Fastboot but no chance and again back to Bootloader menu.
Please help.

Apart from attempting other autoloaders, your only recourse is to return your device for repair.
You can try this Nov autoloader:
