    I have to say... the update to the productivity tab looks great, but now it's not actually productive.

    They took away the shortcuts to create new calendar events. And creating new emails. And bbm doesn't even show up.

    BBM didn't show up before I don't believe. In fact, I think it was only email before. SMS shows up now and I believe that's also new.

    I always wonder why functions seize if new (design) updates are done in software development. BlackBerry apps could be nearly perfect if not any iteration of OS or app version it would loose functions (beside perhaps getting some new ones).

    Sms doesn't show up for me but I think I saw someone else say the message plus Verizon app doesn't jive with the tab. Wish it did

    Yeah, I've got all these, and note the face image icon is the Recents tab, and includes text and phone.

    Yes it does. Just have to set the permissions.
    Just go to the settings in the productivity tab down at the bottom.

    I've got it turned on it just doesn't show up. Keeps sending me to overlay permissions and nothing changes. Oh well.

    My tab position does not stick. I set it for the bottom corner just to find it at some point it has returned in the center.
