    It has been a problem since I first got a Priv. BlackBerry has never once answered my support emails or questions here. Not only does it sometimes disappear, it moves or just resets itself to default and I have to set it up again.

    Same here on a dtek50. Sometimes when I do swipe to open it the left hand side start of each message etc has the first couple of letters cut out / missing.

    We do occasionally see this issue reported and we continue to look into ways we can make the Tab more robust.
