I posted this earlier in the PRIV section of this forum: I finally received the ATT update this morning on my PRIV STV100-1 after three previously failed attempts - phone showing the latest update to be June 5 - here is the process I used based on tips previously discussed in this forum:
On wifi
Dialed *#*#2432546#*#* to get the checkin confirmation
Tapped "check for updates" in My Phone - got the "you have the latest version" notification
Immediately went back and long pressed the "check for updates" button for a count of 10 - released the button and the update started!
Total time for update was about 30 minutes including all my apps
Version is now August 5, 2017 AAN367

Sadly the fix doesn't work for everyone. Not sure why, but it works for some and not for others.
