My device pause the music , youtube , whatever I watch every where , I have to press the play button thousand times , and when someone call me on whatsapp when I answer ,It goes to speaker automatically, when a text comes from any application on notification bar , when I slide it to clear the notification after few minutes it comes back ,and on many apps force close comes up , please ponder to these issues , keyone is the best and consumers must be satisfied

    Thanks

I don't think 7.1.2 went anywhere other than Pixel/Nexus, other OEMs are on 7.1.1 at latest.

Besides, BlackBerry should be working on getting Android O out in a timely fashion.

What they should do and what they will do aren't often the same, unfortunately.

I don't understand , but there must be someone to send our questions and our problems , and blackberry's company is responsible for this ,you guys thonk that google must fix our phone's issues and send update , so you are all wrong blackberry must request Google !!! that is really funny and there is nowhere on keyone to report the problems and bug , I had lumia 2 years ago I swear whenever I had problems I just use to send a email as a report, and it could take few days they sent me new update to fix that issue and always worked out

Neither BlackBerry nor Google are responsible to you, the end user.

Your only recourse is with BlackBerry Mobile (TCL). It is up to them to fix the issue, or escalate internally to one of their vendors.

Whether you agree or not, does not change the fact that you, as an end user, have no relationship with BlackBerry at all.

With the KEYᵒⁿᵉ, you are BlackBerry Mobile's (TCL's) customer, and they are the only ones that you have a contractual relationship with.
