    Hello! When my friend or family member sends me a short video through text from their iphones it doesn't work when I open it. It comes to me as a picture and a voice file. how do I fix this. this is super annoying?

    i downloaded a different messaging app because the native app was severely shrinking images that resulted in fuzzy images and inability to play video.
