    I have sent my KEYOne to BlackBerry Support 3 times already!!!! They said they won't give me a refund since I bought it through Amazon but the product keeps busting on me!

    What should I do?

    Sounds like you only really have one option... get it replaced a 4th time. And maybe be more gentle, perhaps? Good luck!

    I guess you could try pushing it with Amazon and see if they will refund your money. Claiming the device is not fit for its intended purpose.
