When using speaker phone, video or snap video, phone does not pic up audio. On speaker phone nobody can here me and video does not record sound. Regular phone function operating in fine. Any resolution??

I have the so far non upgraded OS. I have heard that Blackberry Virtual Expert is available for other models and it does contain mic tests. There's also an unofficial version that can be found online if you look.

And after read this comment I'll try to installed blackberry virtual expert but device not compatible

Same thing here. Uninstaller all call recorder apps. I also turned off Google Assistant just in case it was taking over the mic implicitly but still nothing. Plz help and don't offer advice like 'take back ur phone for service' cuz I can't
