hi there,
I have read in the beginners guide of how to activate and use pro Mode in the camera, i cant see a pro mode. I have reset the camera setting to default but still not showing.

I cant seem to find System Update setting, i have gone to the gear>About Phone then there i no System Update, the first option is Statu.

the phone version is: bbb100-2 and the phone is on Android 7.1.1 wit the last security patch level being shown as Aprril 5 2017

For system updates that is found in Updates app in the section all apps are in.

I think this guide of switch to pro mode is not correct. I didn't find pro mode in mode control area, only got 4 mode: photo, panorama, video and slow-mo. But I do find a manual mode, whose entrance is in Camera Settings -> Control Mode. May be you should update guide.

I have the same issue, I've recently updated to AAL483 on the Telus network and the Pro Mode button is gone...the only way to get to "Manual Mode" is by touching the gear button on the camera app, and choosing between Auto and Manual on the Control Mode option.

I have to echo the sentiments of the past two commenters. For some reason I also do not see the layer of options to choose between Pro, Standard, and Simple as shown in the screenshot article.

Can anyone think of a way to get this back?
