Hi everyone,

I'm having a big issue with my keyone. Last night the phone froze pretty bad. When i rebooted it, everything for the most part was ok. This morning, the freezing has gotten extreme. The launcher and android system keeps popping up saying it crashed. Rebooting the phone takes several minutes but I cannot even get into the phone to do anything. I can't even get into setting to try and reset the device.

Any ideas on what I can do? Anything I can do via computer (Mac)? It's an unlocked Black edition.

I posted about similar issues in the above thread, although not nearly as extreme as yours. I would try doing the 32 second reboot that is linked in the post I linked to above, and then if you can get to settings after that, do a factory reset. I factory reset mine Sunday night, and it's been running like a champ ever since. Made it worth having to set everything back up
