Settings: Language & Input: Language.

Scroll down to the bottom the list and you should see the languages including Chinese that use non-Roman character scripts.

That's the magic of Android, if something is not in your phone, there's an app for that

Edit: well it's actually not that simple, I can't change to the handwriting using alt + enter and virtual keyboard must be enabled... So issue is still open.

It is unbelievable that iPhone, Samsung or even Sony have the Chinese handwriting input but Keyone ......
Hope the BlackBerry keyboard software will be updated with the handwriting input.

PRIV can turn on the handwriting but why not keyone. after installing the Google Handwriting but cannot work
