    BlackBerry KeyOne has stopped saving pictures and won't even start recording a video. Recorded two videos on 10/25/2017 (one 2:22 and other other 0:41 in length) and that's the last time that it worked.

    I tried rebooting to safe mode, several other reboots. My SD card is setup to be used as a part of the internal storage. Plenty of space on internal and the card.

    Oh, and just discovered that I can't take a screen shot either.

    A few found the issue was the card.... backup your data, and remove the "pairing" of the SD Card as internal.
