I Purchased my black edition at an unstoppable tour event and set it up today. There was a software update available so I did that. Randomly when the screen is off, I can't wake it up (power button, finger print scanner or double tap) keyboard lights up but screen does not come on. I have to hold power button down and wait for it to restart.

It sounds as if the update did not go well.

But first have you held the Power button for 32 seconds? If not, give that a try. Hold it for 32 seconds, ignoring screen logos/etc and ignoring vibrations or sounds.

Next when it comes on, Main Settings, Storage, Internal Storage, wait for the the numbers to settle and clear the CACHE.

Well, try 33 to 100 but, at least, 32!!

But, okay, I'll ask, how do other brands handle FULL reboots when you can't remove the battery? Samsung, LG, other?
