Anybody else have the problem in that the KeyOne won't recognise the write a message box on somebody's instagram story?

Only starting today. You need to use the on-screen keyboard as a work around

it's a little tricky glitch to use the pkb, and I hope they fix it soon because it is annoying.

When you open someone's story, you have to tap on the "write a message" box. Then quickly press "SYM" to bring up the vkp then very quickly, you need to tap on "ABC" on the vkp to be allowed to type.

It's a very knowing process and really needs to be fixed.

Annoying. A few bugs with Instagram on KEYone including stories not being right sized for the 3:2 screen ratio. To be fair, other devices like S8+ and LGG6 also have weird aspect ratios on Snapchat and IG Stories. Until these developers start to acknowledge and support devices like the BlackBerry KEYone there's no good resolution for us users but to use the quirky workarounds others have mentioned above.
