    Okay so heres the issue I'm having: transferred from PRIV to K1 and now I can't get my HUB to connect to my BlackBerry account. When I go to start it and login in with my HUB account it says "your account cannot be authenticated. Please update your account settings and try again".

    I know I'm using the right password and everything is exactly the same as on the priv in terms of the settings. I'm not sure if there's anything I can do but I hate being stuck with Gmail. Otherwise love the K1. Any help is appreciated.

    You don't need a BlackBerry account on an Android phone and your Google Account doesn't have to be a GMail account.

    Yes I know that. What I'm trying to do is to get my BlackBerry account set up on the phone. As I did on my PRIV. As my BlackBerry account has the other half of my contacts.

    What do you mean by BlackBerry account ?

    I mean the "BlackBerry HUB+ Account" as seen in the picture. What I want is to just sign in and I've tried adding the account in several different ways. And yes, I know the password is correct.
