According to GSM Arena, there are two US version for the KeyONE.

I need to buy the v1 version

    How to tell the difference?

    Thanks.

While it is not well specified on the US BlackBerry Mobile site:

The model BBB100-1 is the North American "US V1" GSM version
The model BBB100-2 is the UK-European (EMEA) GSM version
The model BBB100-3 is the "US V2" CDMA version for Verizon and Sprint.

One is CDMA, one is GSM, ( I didn't see any mention of 2 versions in the link you provided). When the actual time to order comes, it should be in the description. And shortly after that we will know the model numbers and which is which.
The early, preproduction units have a model number of BBB100-1. If, (big if) BB/TLC sticks to that and past history, the -1 will be the N America GSM unit.

For what it's worth someone posted pics of one he just got from Car Phone Warehouse in the UK, and it's a model BBB100-2.

I'm already prepping to get my family to pick me up an unlocked Rogers KEYone, to use with T-Mobile. I'm hoping that there won't be anymore delays on the US side, but not taking any chances.

So here is my question based on this... I have both a verizon sim and a t-mobile sim, which I use depending where I am. I use Google Voice as my number and it goes back and forth no problem. Idealiy I will be getting a KeyOne in 1--2 months (according to Amazon). From what I can see V1 will work on T-mobile and AT&T. V2 will work on Sprint and Verizon. From what I can see with the bands, V2 would also work on T-mobile, but NOT AT&T. Can any verify that I am correct? It would be nice to have a variant that works with both Tmo and VZ. Thanks for your help!
