    Hey guys! I don't know if somebody asked this before... I got my new KEYone this week and I'm thrilled!!! Best phone ever! My question is if I can link my previous Blackberry ID (which was my email) with the new phone which asks for my phone number... Thanks in advance!

    I assume this is for BBM since it's the only thing that uses your BBID? There's an option to login with your email on the sign in screen, just change it from phone by tapping on 'Sign In' on the bottom right.

    Only thing is that you can't move BBM from BB10 anymore. You will have to start a new account.

    I thought it was you can't move back to BB10
