I purchased a Rogers keyone via Kijiji in July and just now experienced the screen falling off issue. I am no longer with Rogers and now I am wondering what my best route is warranty/replacement wise.

Should I still take it to Rogers or call BlackBerry directly?

If anyone has gone through the same situation or has any suggestions I'd really appreciate it.

Usually after the first x number of days (30?), you turn to the manufacturer.

But someone might have better advice and I guess you could contact the original carrier. Is Kijiji authorized seller?
