    I have read many of the threads on here about the difficulties with the latest Update. I'm using a DTEK60 and have tried to follow the workaround instructions given to deal with the "Verification problem".

    However I get stuck at the step where you are required to de-select Find My Device. Whenever I press the "white tick in the green box" to the right of Find My Device I'm simply taken straight back to where I started (in this case the App info page on Google Play services). This is very frustrating!

    Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong or what I need to do to complete the latest update?

    What happens when you access the screen directly from settings, security, device administrators?

    Exactly the same in that it takes me back to the same page (in this case Security) that I started from.

    This seems to be a separate unrelated issue to the update. I've heard of a number of people with this problem, and as far as I can tell, only a factory reset will cure it.

    Factory Reset deletes everything off your phone correct?

    Google restores quite a bit though.

    Good news.

    AAU659 and AAU660 Feb5 patches for DTEK50 and 60 today. No workarounds required.
