You will have one added to your device with the December security patch. It's called "files". Really simple to use and it's fast.

Thanks but I do not have 'Files' in my device. Is it an app to be downloaded?

Solid explorer is still the best choice IMO. More features than the "files" that is showing up for some people

What security patch are you on? Have you received December? If you have it will be in your App drawer. It's called files and it's a purple file icon.

There is a basic file manager built in to Nougat that can meet many requirements:

    Settings>Storage>Other>Explore Device

With the Dec patch, both the KEYᵒⁿᵉ and Motion have a file manager called Files.

It's also the only way to interact with the Locker.

Thanks, Conite. I read about that, but haven't seen it yet on AT&T.

The ATT updates seem to be pushed out on the third Tuesday of the following month. Got November update on 19Dec.

Thanks. Son long as they come, I'm happy. If they stop, I'll blame AT&T and act accordingly. :-)

That's actually the second November update (some WiFi fix), the first one was released November 15th.

Ok, but ATT didn't push it to me until 19Dec. Bb10adopter and I have the locked branded devices. ATT has been about 1 month behind releasing the updates. Pretty fast for them based on my prior experience.

fyi. I believe the new File Manager by BlackBerry does not include ZIP file support yet. I noticed it when I tried to open an email attachment from the Hub.

2019 and still no native File Manager for BB keyONE ??? WTF ? This is so annoying. Theres no "Files" app. Only one I can find is "Files" by Google? And I ain't trustin' that $#!T. I want the factory app pls. If there is one. Or at least 1 with few ads.
Is there at least a File Manager included with the keyTWO???

    So, I guess that's 2 questions.

Look again. The KEYx devices have had the "Files" file manager since the locker was introduced.

Oh I'm sorry, perhaps I should should have clarified.

I am asking this question because there is not one in my phone. And I have been waiting for it to show up for a f-n year ! I have seen where other AT&T users have the same problem. So maybe you should hush for now and let the experts help?

The KEYᵒⁿᵉ AT&T-branded device (PRD-63116-036) does NOT have the Locker / File apps - they opted out (they specifically ordered BBMo to remove them).
