for some reason a few weeks ago, my work emails that have an embedded spreadsheet image is not loading fully. usually a portion loads, then there is a link below that says "show entire message". after clicking on that, the entire spreadsheet would load. now for some reason that link no longer shows and only a small portion of the embedded image loads. I deleted the email account and re-added, that didn't work. I did a factory reset on the phone and it fixed it! but only for 1 day, then the same problem came back. I did not change any settings to cause it to go away. any feedback?

Did you check the obvious.... enable it in the Hub email settings?

Yes, I have checked all the settings. for some reason the ability to "show entire message" just stopped. I didn't turn off the phone or change any settings when I noticed it gone. it was fine in the morning, then changed in the afternoon. same thing that happened a few weeks and factory reset was the only fix I found, but even that doesn't last long.
