    As the subjects suggests, my Beats earpiece (not Bluetooth) is only working randomly during calls. I can hear the person on the other side very well but they can't hear me...the odd thing is that sometimes they can!

    I doubt it's an earpiece issue as I have just switched over from a Galaxy S7 and it worked like a charm.

    Anyone?
