What do you mean by admin access? What are you trying to achieve? Please be more precise.
There are many mobile softwares available on Google play which look for that admin access of your hardware device so that software can completely take over... I use BlackBerry Passport where Maas360 does not take over blackberry passport because device does not allow it... the same reason now why Maas360 does not support BlackBerry Passport...
Question is, does blackberry Android OS does that and handover that access to such softwares?

Well yes but it's not what you think it is
Most apps.wont ask.for.that because it's not.asking for what you think it is asking
It is asking if you have administrator access to your MDM to add your device to your MDM to managed your phone on their corporate network
maa360 is a MDM software
Not a commonly used software
You cannot.add your.passport.because it's not compatible with your mdm
MDM software only works with company approved devices
You would.need a MDM server that works.with your phone thats the point of mdm only authorized hardware is allowed on the network
Yes you can add blackberry android but only after your administrator.approves it
Only apple actual android and Windows devices are allowed on maa360
Only BES or any of the current blackberry mdm would work but unless you are a corporate person you arent going to.likely get your company to switch mdm software as it requires additional training and hardware
If you are doing it for personal use.thats a bit extreme as you already have a wipe option with blackberry
If you want a secure connection with your own devices a vpn or bes cloud would work there are free vpns but bes cloud is a paid service
The mdm administer access allows the administer to.wipe or.cancel.access to a device remotely or push updates or allow you to download work apps or secure emails.and communications including chat
This is why mdm is very picky on what devices and who.can access the servers
Thank you
