Anyone got any helpful tips on how to get the phone to pair with Honda Connect. I have not been able to get it to pair with my Civic

I am also noticing issues with my 2015 civic.

I have never had an issue with any phone in this car over the last 2 years, but for some reason it is very finicky with the KeyOne.

sometimes music will work, then other times the phone won't pair. and I noticed that if I try to take a call, it works for about 1 min then all of a sudden the bluetooth connection fails and will not connect again until I restart the phone and turn off my car and turn it back on!

I have also had trouble with the bluetooth in 2 different cars! Hopefully the July update fixes the issue!

When I have connections issues on my Kia I Remove the connection from both the radio and phone and start fresh this usually works for me.

I'm having all kinds of issues too. Probably because my Excursion doesn't have Bluetooth. LOL

it's actually very annoying, I just don't have time to deal with it. With the most recent update, it can pair again to my civic, it will play music, but it will not do phone calls through bluetooth.

especially for a BUSINESS DEVICE this really sucks... Please BB do somethimg, we dont want to buy Apples or Samsungs, we want a secure phone with character and style, BUT we have to earn our money with it - doesnt work without phone calls via bluetooth

I had all sorts of BT until the latest firmware was released. Seems to have been cured and used my k1 in my cars this week with no issue.
