    All of a sudden when I use voice-to-text, I am not getting any punctuation. I know how to use it, have always used it but now it is not working and I compared with another KeyONE user and she is experiencing the same problem.
    Anyone with suggestions?

    Switch back to Google.

    Settings, languages and input, keyboard, BlackBerry, advanced, turn off "enable built-in voice input".
