Afternoon, sorry to kick off on a bum note but this afternoon I was opening my phone using the fingerprint scanner only for it to vibrate and the screen then not come on. It was almost like it opened but the screen hadn't woken up. Anyone have this at all?

Secondly I have noticed that my wifi won't stay connected to my router. I'm not sure if this a router issue or a phone issue. Again has anyone come across this?

Have you tried holding down the power and seeing if you can reboot from scratch?

Is your device configured to connect with multiple routers in the area (like from your cable company)? I find sometimes that depending how strong the signal is, devices will jump to the better one. (just a guess)

NEED HELP!! - just set up keyone and every hour, randomly, when phone locks - screen turns blank/black. Requires hard reboot just to get screen back on. Anyone having this issue? Did anyone figure out a fix here?

I have been having the same issue as well - phone seems to have woken up, but screen stays black... have to hard reboot to correct, but I've done that 6 times now just today...

Just hold the power button long -- I did and bamf! Like a charm it worked.

This is my second K1 and v frustrating that it happens.
Any one figured out how to avoid it?
