    Clearly a BBM issue and not a KEYone issue. Do as it states and try again later or try connecting without WiFi enabled. Instead of uninstalling and reinstalling, you might also try clearing the BBM app data and cache. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't always clear out kinks in the system, instead, you're just loading the same issues over and over.
