    Hello to all,

    I have an issue with my BB keyone black edition.

    The device worked perfectly well and I used BBHub with MS exchange server in my Office until yesterday. Then, without any changes made the keyone stopped syncing with the erver and shows a message that I should wait for information syncronization. However, nothing happens, even after hours.

    A reinstallation of the account does not solve the issue: it syncs once and then shows the message again.

    Admin and I have no idea what has changed and affects the functionality of BBHub.

    Any ideas how to fix this problem?

    I've read about a similar issue on bb10 device or not working at all
    i would check settings on account first on a regular pc make sure you're set up for syncing
    i don't see a reason to stop without any phone updates

    Hi and thanks for the reply.
    The settings are correct, my iphone syncs properly with all the same settings. Strangely, even the Keyone syncs properly using Aquamail with these settings. Still no idea...

    Update: proper sync is achieved with App Nine, but Hub using identical setting still does not sync. Can anybody help, please!

    Did you know that recently "BlackBerry Hub's userAgent has now changed to Android in all devices, including BlackBerry devices".
    Perhaps your Exchange-Adminstrator can help:

    Interesting, but although I have updated Blackberry Hub and Services it still registers as "Blackberry". It seems that this change is not consistently done.

    @max-bb is there anything that mmwagner should test or ask his admin to solve this, beside 32sec power-button, cache cleaning of and perhaps deinstall (3dot-menu) updates and reinstall it again.

    After having installed the latest update of BB Hub services the problem has been fixed now, sync is working again. Thanks to BB support and all of you for giving advice!
