Hi there! Here is my story... I bought the KEYone few weeks ago, I founded out that if the phone goes under some % (let say around 20% or less) it's not charging fully the battery to 100% it sticks on 97% or 98%, but if I charge it when is more (I tried with 50% or more) then it goes to 100%. Just to provide more info I am charging my phone night time so has at least 5/6h. My question is... is this kind a protection, bug or faulty battery? I do apologise for my bad English!

    Thanks in advance!

When it tops out at 97%-98%, does it go straight to 100% when you unplug it? My understanding is that rapid charging goes first, then at some point, it starts trickle charging to prevent battery damage. I'm not sure about the stopping at less than 100%, but this experience is why I'm asking...

I have a Garmin Vivoactive HR that charges only to 97%-98% and when you pull it from the charger, it goes to 100%. Maybe a similar battery algorithm is at play?

No, does't go to 100%, just stays on 97%-98% and i never used boost charge yet i think is there for extreme situations not when you have plenty of time to charge it. Btw Thanks for the fast reply!

I've noticed that when charging my device, it will charge to 99% then it takes anywhere from 10-15 minutes to go from 99% to 100%. Happens with the factory QC charger, my QC vehicle charger, my QC Samsung charger from my Note 5, and just a plain old non-QC charger.

When i woke up and saw that is on 97% i left it to charge till 100%, but i end going every 15-20 min's for about 2h (i didn't have time or patience to wait more) and it was still on 97% (the same happened to me few days latter on 98%), and i am using my original charger.
