Can any one please suggest me any software where I can take back up of my bb key1 .

Now that IS the question. I've been wishing for a way like in the old BBOS to make a complete backup (settings, screens, apps, data, etc.), but there really is no way. Titanium Backup is probably the best backup solution for Android as it makes a complete image of your device. However, the most powerful features are only available if your device is rooted, and you don't root a BlackBerry.
The best advice so far is to use your Google Account to backup apps, contacts, and some settings. Some have used SuperBackup to grab their messages and contacts and store them on an SD Card to be restored later.
