Priv is the first Android device in the world to be patched for Krack. Update was available on Oct 26th - 13 days after being notified about the issue.

Any delay beyond that has nothing to do with BlackBerry, but everything to do with regional certification requirements and/or carrier shenanigans.

So, yes - congratulations to BlackBerry indeed.

Wait, BlackBerry fixed KRACK by themselves in October update? Is it also in the KEYone Oct update?

Google has this fix implemented in Nov 5 Update which would come for BlackBerry Android in the end of November..

Yes, BlackBerry has fixed it in AAQ builds and above.

Do you have an unlocked device? It's not fiction if it's simply your carrier holding up the update.

My Priv is not carrier branded. They say, they haven't got it from BlackBerry.

If it's not a carrier device it doesn't matter whether your carrier got it your not, you should still get it direct from BlackBerry without carrier involvement. Where did you buy the device from?

1und1, a big German telecom reseller using Vodafone, Telekom and O2. I use it since many years and without the BlackBerry things I am very satisfied.

I also use a BlackBerry Classic from Amazon.de and received the 10.3.3.1435 update. I also use a Passport SE from Mediamarkt.de and it is still on 10.3.2. ...

    I'm confused by their announcement.
Says rolling out with Oct update... that started rolling out prior to announcement.
My Oct update is AAP, not AAQ.
They say 3 AAQ updates but there are technically 4 devices released.
