We are upgrading our exchange environment from 2003 to 2010. It will be a new server.
We plan on having both exchange co-existing for a while (not too long). We have a BES Express server for legacy blackberrys and a BES 10 server. I've found the steps on how to move over the BES Express to the Exchange 2010 environment, but haven't found anything on BES 10 yet.
They both use the same service account, so do both have to be migrated at the same time? Which BES environment should be changed over first? Would anyone have a link or steps on moving the BES 10 over to Exchange 2010?

For BB10 phones on BES10 you should be able to just create a new Email Profile in BDS for your Exchange 2010 ActiveSync and change your users over to that. It may require a work space reactivation, not sure.

For iOS/Android it would be similar in UDS, make a new ActiveSync profile and change the users over to it. Again it may require reactivation. For iOS you'll also need to add your Apple Push Notification Service certificate to the new Exchange 2010 Client Access Server(s).

You don't have to do BES Express to Exchange 2010 and BES10 to Exchange 2010 at the same time, they are independent of each other even if the same service account in the Windows Domain is used.
