    My Blackberry Bold 9720 has both the date and time locked. When I try to update time, thee is a small lock symbol on the update time tab and it seems to be locked on automatic and will not allow me to change. I guessed that there must have been something locked as my phone was previously a company phone. Hope someone can help. Thanks.

    Might have been a corporate policy as it was a company phone...
