    when i try to add new email account in blackberry 9720 , its asking enterprise account activation. I dont have any activation mail id and password. Please tell me how to remove this add a new email account

    if BIS is activated on the SIM Card, it should not be asking that. Ring your carrier get it activated, do a 'security wipe' and start again. And if it had previously been used on BES, then ask the ex owner to remove it.
