    I have noticed that my BB 9720 reboots quite a few times in one day all by itself and i barely have the phone 4 months and there is no other apps on it besides the normal BBM, whatsapp and shazam which is all downloaded from the app world. Someone suggested we do a software update and took the phone in to a agent and still since fetching it 2 hours ago its rebooted twice on its own. Also having issues where people call and I miss the calls cos of this. Anybody else experienced this issue and if so what can I do besides taking the phone back and being without a phone for 2 weeks or more?

    Reload the OS yourself.
