    The title of this thread is the message I get when attempting to set up a BIS account on Verizon's site for a Blackberry 8830. First time out of 15 I've encountered this.

    Checked out a couple other threads on this site, but the results seem inconclusive. Anything unique to the fact that this is during the setup of a new BIS account (as in "Create New Account") (can't post the URL because I don't have 10 posts) - it's Verizon's BIS site.

    Any help is appreciated.
