I've RTFF and tried everything I can think of and I'm here for help.

I recently tried to update my system software and while syncing something bad happened, it stalled out and it said it was unable to complete a multiphased or multistep process.

well, now the bb wont even turn on at all, and its fully charged. the LED indicator is giving me two quick flashing red lights.

battery pull for 1 minute and nada

bing bongs my pc when i plug it in but shows as disconnected

i think its dead!

any help please before I spend hours with verizon and they can't help me either??
